Membership Information
Panda offers membership in 4 categories - 21 and over, Disabled, Under 21 and Associate.
Applications should be made using the appropriate form. See below for further details of the categories and membership fees - note that our bank details have changed recently (September 2024).

Senior full member, Disabled full member (21 and over)
- Affiliates to Archery GB, NCAS and YAA through Panda.
- Receives a key to the target store when membership has been renewed.
- May agree with others to shoot at any time the field is available.
- Participates in running the club through the Annual General Meeting and/or committee meetings.
- Eligible for election to the committee.
Junior member (under 21)
- Affiliates to Archery GB, NCAS and YAA through Panda.
- May shoot at any time when at least one full member is shooting.
Associate member
- Affiliates to Archery GB, NCAS and YAA through another archery club.
- Application will only be accepted by a committee member on sight of a current Archery GB membership card.
- May shoot at any time when at least one full member is shooting.
- Responsible to ensure scores of all rounds are recorded by all clubs they are a member of for handicap purposes
Members' responsibilities
Ordinary shooting members have a number of responsibilities as follows:
- Abide by the club’s constitution and the rules of shooting as laid down by Archery GB
- Inform the equipment officer of any defect in club equipment, and where possible assist to maintain or repair it
- Pass scores to the club records officer in order to maintain a current handicap
- Attend the club Annual General Meeting
- Attend, as and when possible, fundraising events that might be organised during the year
- If you damage any club equipment, or notice that some club equipment is damaged and needs repair, please report it - either directly to Paul Stoner (our equipment officer) or to another member of the committee
- COVID-19 measures, including wearing masks in the equipment locker and wearing thick gloves when handling club equipment, are no longer mandatory. However, members are welcome to continue taking these precautions if they wish to do so for their own comfort and safety. Please be considerate and respectful of other club members' personal choices in this matter.
Dress code
On Saturday tournament days archers are expected to follow the Archery GB dress regulations (details on request).
